Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods are displayed at the time of initiating a deposit transaction. don555 does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, the Player's own payment provider may apply charges that are outside of don555's control.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon confirmed receipt. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain network confirmations.
4.4 Own Funds Only. Players must only deposit funds that they personally own and are legally entitled to use. Deposits made using funds obtained through illegal activity, or using payment methods that do not belong to the Player, are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
4.5 No Credit Facilities. don555 does not offer credit facilities. Players may only wager funds that have been successfully deposited into their Account. don555 does not extend loans, advances, or any form of credit to Players under any circumstances.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and whose Account is in good standing. Real-money funds that are not subject to active Wagering Requirements are eligible for withdrawal at any time. 5.5 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. don555 reserves the right to request full KYC documentation, source of funds documentation, and payment method verification before approving any withdrawal. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of material changes that affect their accrued progress where reasonably practicable.
6.5 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotional terms, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the creation of additional Accounts — will be treated as bonus abuse.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. don555 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where the odds or game outcome have been subject to error, system fault, or manipulation. 7.2 Voided Bets. 13.1 By don555. don555 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to the interests of other Players.
13.2 By the Player. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting don555 support. Account closure requests will be processed promptly. Any Real-Money Funds balance held in a closed Account will be returned to the Player via an approved withdrawal method subject to completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus Funds balances will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure — whether initiated by the Player or by don555 — the Player's licence to access the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to sections on prohibited conduct, liability, and intellectual property — shall continue to apply.
